An Aerobic Fitness Class featuring movements inspired by various dance styles bringing the party to you! This has been modified especially designed for those pre and postnatal.

Ballet Tough:

Ballet inspired, this class is designed to improve posture and target the legs, bums and belly’s!

Mindful Mummer:

Practising maintaining complete awareness of one’s thoughts and inducing a state of relaxation. Multiple benefits include: decrease stress and blood pressure, improve working memory and energy levels.
